The rules of the road.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MeshInfer.AI platform, APIs, SDKs, and documentation. By using MeshInfer.AI you agree to these terms. Effective April 20, 2026.
Acceptance
By creating an account, installing the SDK, or calling the API you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The service
MeshInfer.AI provides a distributed AI inference routing layer — including a Coordinator control plane, client SDKs, and cloud fallback adapters — that routes inference requests to local devices, peer mesh nodes, or cloud providers.
What we provide

What we don't provide
MeshInfer.AI is infrastructure, not an AI model vendor. We do not warrant the output quality of any underlying model. You are responsible for evaluating model outputs before using them in production applications.
Your account
| Eligibility | You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. |
| Accuracy | You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it current. |
| Security | You are responsible for all activity under your API keys. Rotate compromised keys immediately via the dashboard. |
| One account per entity | Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or billing is prohibited. |
Acceptable use
You may not use MeshInfer.AI to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
- Develop or distribute malware, spyware, or adversarial attacks against other systems.
- Circumvent the node verification system or deliberately submit incorrect verification outputs.
- Resell raw API access without written agreement from MeshInfer.AI.
- Mine cryptocurrency or run non-inference workloads on mesh nodes.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Mesh participation
When you enable mesh participation, your device may contribute compute to serve inference requests from other MeshInfer.AI customers. By enabling this feature you agree that:
- Task payloads are encrypted end-to-end — you will not see prompt or response content.
- MeshInfer.AI credits are earned per the savings-share schedule on your plan.
- You may disable mesh participation at any time from SDK settings or the dashboard.
- MeshInfer.AI may remove your node from the pool for poor performance or policy violations.
Billing & payment

| Payment | Credit card or ACH via Stripe. Enterprise: NET-30 invoicing available. |
| Overages | Billed at the per-1k-request rate for your tier. Capped at the tier ceiling by default; contact sales to raise. |
| Disputes | Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date. Email support@dosfi.ai. |
| Taxes | Prices are exclusive of VAT/GST. You are responsible for applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. |
Billing guarantee
If MeshInfer.AI fails to deliver ≥ 30% cost reduction vs. equivalent cloud-only inference in any 30-day window, that month's platform fee is waived automatically. Applies to Growth and Enterprise tiers.
Intellectual property
| Your content | You retain all rights to prompts, completions, and any data you submit. You grant MeshInfer.AI no licence to use them beyond operating the service. |
| SDK & platform | The SDK source code is released under the Apache 2.0 licence. The Coordinator and proprietary routing logic remain the exclusive property of MeshInfer.AI. |
| Feedback | Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be incorporated into the product without obligation or compensation. |
Warranties & disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MESHINFER.AI DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE. OUTPUTS GENERATED VIA THE PLATFORM ARE NOT REVIEWED OR ENDORSED BY MESHINFER.AI.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MESHINFER.AI'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MESHINFER.AI BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
Governing law & disputes

| Disputes | First try to resolve informally by emailing support@dosfi.ai. If unresolved after 30 days, binding arbitration under JAMS rules in San Francisco, CA. |
| Class action waiver | You waive the right to participate in class-action litigation or class-wide arbitration. |
| Injunctive relief | Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. |
Termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for cause (violation of these terms) or for convenience with 30 days' notice. Upon termination: API access is revoked immediately; billing is settled pro-rata; your data is deleted within 90 days per our retention policy.
Changes to these terms
Material changes are communicated by email and dashboard notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Prior versions are archived at meshinfer.ai/legal/terms/history.
