How routeWithPrediction works
routeWithPrediction extends federated routing by incorporating IntelligenceSignal predictions. For each candidate mesh, it checks active signals targeting that mesh or region. Signals indicating demand surges, regional stress, liquidity drains, pricing anomalies, or compliance risks apply a confidence-weighted penalty to the routing score. This means the router preemptively avoids meshes predicted to be overloaded, expensive, or non-compliant — before the problem actually occurs.
