Routing Algorithm Details
Noise Score Calculation:
Combines severity (40%), node criticality (40%), and health score (20%) to determine if alert is actionable. Alerts scoring >85% noise are silenced.
SLA Impact Score:
Calculated from severity (40%), criticality (40%), and failure probability (20%). Ranges 0-1; >0.7 triggers escalation.
Priority Determination:
Derived from highest-priority factor: severity level, node criticality, or SLA impact score. Determines both assignment team and response time target.
